Landlord Introduction

My aim over the coming few weeks, is to use my knowledge and experience of the world of property, to give some guidance to Landlords.

No matter whether you are an existing Landlord, looking at the option of becoming a Landlord as a business/ investment opportunity, or find yourself as a reluctant Landlord, there is a lot to think about.

As we go through this you will see that there is a crossing over of content within these key categories. At this stage I have to emphasise that there are differences between Scotland and England and accordingly everything I will be discussing will be based on the Scottish system. I am also, only looking at the Private Rental Sector (PRS).
