Land Surveying Capabilities at AR & Associates

At AR & Associates, we are dedicated to providing excellent and precise services to all our clients. We are happy to announce that we have expanded our capabilities by adding in-house surveying to our range of services!

Our surveying work currently includes supporting ongoing land development projects, such as pre-design topographical surveys, scheme plan preparation, earthworks surveys during construction, as-built surveys for consent compliance, and land transfer subdivision surveys.

We take pride in our recent projects, including Aeronautic Road - a 104-lot land development project over 3 stages, where we completed the land transfer subdivision consisting of a mixture of duplex, terraced, and stand-alone housing. The final stage is currently nearing completion.

Additionally, we completed Stage One survey work on the 83-lot land development project over 2 stages, Manuroa Road, which consisted of a mixture of duplex and terraced housing.
