Overview

Our integrated circuits and reference designs help you create non-military land mobile radio designs with low-power transceivers over multiple carrier frequencies in multiple environments.


Design requirements

Non-military land mobile radio systems often require:

Low-power, high-speed radio frequency (RF) signal chains for flexible architecture and extended battery life.

Ultra-low phase noise clocks for superior signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) through the analog front end.

Low-noise and high-efficiency power for high sensitivity.


RF front-end receiver

The RF front-end receiver subsystem contains the VGA to adjust the gain of the RF signal after mixing. It also contains the amplifier to convert from single ended to differential and acts as an ADC driver. Finally, the ADC is used to do the data conversion and sends the data to the digital processing.

Audio interface
