Founded by Jessica Kassim Viveiro, wife of Rizwan Kassim , CEO and Founder of RIKAS Hospitality Group, Lana Lusa embraces Jessica’s family’s Portuguese heritage and traditions. The reopening of Dubai’s acclaimed Lana Lusa embrace an elevated form of what local foodies are accustomed to.

The move (and closure) from Wasl 51 to the Four Seasons Residences marks a significant chapter in Lana Lusa's journey, promising loyal guests an even more enchanting and refined dining atmosphere. The new venue is meticulously designed to capture the essence of the Mediterranean culinary traditions while offering a touch of modern elegance and Portuguese heritage, inspired by Jessica Kassim’s legacy.

Lana Lusa is raising the bar with an extended menu that celebrates the diverse and rich flavours of the Mediterranean. From traditional favourites to contemporary creations, guests can indulge in a culinary journey that captures the essence of Europe. The menu also offers a ‘Portuguese Heritage’ section, with recipes inspired by Jessica’s grandmother.

Chef Helio Lino , the Head Chef of Lana Lusa since its inception in Dubai, has a plethora of experience, ranging from working in Portugal with their most exclusive chefs to moving to Germany and Spain. With over 18 years of experience, Chef Helio has mastered diverse cuisines along the way. Born and raised in the Portuguese coastal town of Torres Vedras, he takes pride in his heritage. Growing up near the Atlantic Ocean, Chef Helio experienced a mixture of agriculture, land and sea. He was inspired by his grandmother’s passion for cooking, and learnt many dishes, techniques and developed his love for food from her.

The new location boasts a spacious terrace that offers breathtaking views of the Dubai canal. Inspired by the picturesque restaurants along the various European city centre rivers, Lana Lusa's terrace provides a perfect setting for a romantic evening, a lively gathering, or a memorable celebration.
