??????????????Just over 1 hour from DC, Lake Anna is the second largest freshwater body in VA.?The lake itself spans three counties: Spotsylvania, Louisa, and Orange. ??It was formed in the 1970s to provide cooling for Dominion Power’s North Anna Power Station, which currently serves over 100,000 residential and commercial customers (about 17% of Dominion’s VA customers).1

Yes. Is growing fast. Need to be smart regarding the potential for all development in the pipeline and future plans. Infrastructure and support services to support this potential development is laking. Growth is inevitable. BOS needs to be focused on the master plan as well as economic impact. There's a reason folks relocate here.
