LAGERBOX is undisputedly the No. 1 overall Top Scorer in various (11) customer rating studies over the last 12 months!
The studies focus on key aspects of creating a positive customer journey, personalized advice tailored to customer needs, a strong price-performance ratio influencing perceived value, and understanding customer preferences for specific products or services.
Moreover, recommendation by satisfied customers is highlighted as a crucial factor in the post-purchase phase, reinforcing trust in the brand. General customer satisfaction, closely tied to loyalty, is also examined, alongside service quality and its impact on brand perception at various touchpoints. Finally sustainable customer relationships, influencing decisions throughout the customer journey were reviewed.
In 8 (!) from 11 studies LAGERBOX came out as No. 1 (and twice as No. 2). Yes, there is a commercial background behind these studies in the sense that these organizations like to “sell” a digital quality seal for use on our digital media, but we have just acquired 1 of these in the last year, so all others had no financial benefit choosing LAGERBOX.
I am proud of my German team having realized this not only in 2024, but also in the years before, and undisputedly confirm that LAGERBOX is continuously the No. 1 Selfstorage operator in the German market, independently confirmed by 11 studies in 2024 alone.
