Lagerbox acquires and rebrands the Styff Selfstorage activities in Münster

Last week we have completed on the acquisition of the Styff (store your stuff) assets/activities in Münster, North Rhein Westfalia, a city of just over 300,000 inhabitants. We have immediately started with rebranding the site into Lagerbox style, adding relevant marketing when city approval comes in. The Münster site is currently small and allows for further expansion to appr. 3.200 sqm net rentable area for which planning consent is available. This is the 21st site under operation, with another 7 stores in the pipeline for 2019-2019 and working on a few more. We expect the opening of our Berlin Spandau store early next month.
