Lagerbox acquires 3 existing selfstorage sites in Hannover, Germany

As of today I am proud to say that we added 3 new stores to our selfstorage portfolio in Germany. We have acquired the business and operations of 3 Secur selfstorage sites, previously managed by Shurgard. The additional 17,000 sqm of selfstorage now brings the total rentable area of around 85,000 sqm in 18 locations in 13 cities in Germany. Lagerbox, being the "oldest" selfstorage operator in Germany is now the 2nd biggest operator in Germany with the wideliest spreaded offering within Germany. A further pipeline of 3 sites in Berlin and 1 site in Dresden (comprising of an additional 22,000 sqm) is currently projected/under construction.
