Today I will be in conversation with LadyDrinks member and author Divya Sood, who has penned her third book "Find Someone to Love " at Shakespeare and Co in New York City, starting at 6:30pm. She is our LadyDrinks Member spotlight of the week.

What are you most proud of?
My latest novel "Find Someone to Love." My first two books were about puppy love. This is a more mature look at relationships. In the last while, I've been at the Gotham Writer's Workshop. It's made me a better writer. A more aware writer. The topic of "Find Someone to Love" is serious. The target audience is anyone who needs closure. Anyone who has ever made choices regarding work and life.
I'm the one to tell this story, because I have lived these choices.
While relationships can be imperfect, love is not imperfect. That is my takeaway.
What is your advice for other aspiring authors?
Tenacity is more important than talent. There are many talented people who never achieve what they set out to do because they don’t pursue what they desire either because it is a hard road or because they think they don’t have the time. If you don’t invest in your own dreams, no one will invest in you. Go for it!
