You ever notice how much you say 'I am sorry'?

Here is the thing, we as women, apologize for the smallest littlest thing. I heard a woman apologize for passing me in the bread isle. I was at the park, saw a mom, with a dog and two little toddlers, with her hands full and she looked at me and said 'I am sorry'. I asked her, ‘what are you apologizing for?’. She couldn’t answer me, she didn't know.

We are trained to apologize, we are trained to say we are sorry as women. It is training from 'being nice'.

Why do we do that?
