Ladies, don't dim your light for anyone!

I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of inspiring women.

I’ve hired, coached, and learned from them, and I’ve noticed a common thread among us—we often play small.

Why do we hold back?

Whether it’s doubting our skills,

Avoiding salary and promotion discussions, or not speaking up.

Many of us minimize our presence to keep others comfortable.

It’s a story I’ve lived and seen echoed by so many incredible women around me.

But here’s the twist—we know it’s bullshit!

So why do we keep doing it?

After engaging with some phenomenally bold women and becoming a self development addict, I’ve got transformative advice to share with you:

1. Celebrate Your Achievements: Start each day by reminding yourself of your accomplishments. I write mine down and stick them to my bathroom mirror—it's the first thing I see every morning.?

2. Use Incantations: More than just affirmations, these are powerful, emotion-packed declarations of our strength and potential.

Every morning, I shout with every cell in my body: , "I have the energy, drive, and determination to defy all my insecurities and fears and become the lighthouse of my own life."

3. Find a Mentor or Coach: We don't have to go it alone. Connecting with someone who understands our challenges can make a profound difference.

4. Build Your Cheer Squad: Identify that one person who believes in you unconditionally—who is yours?

5. Befriend Your Fears: Don’t run from your fears; dance with them. See each fear as a step towards personal growth.

6. Achieve Daily: Focus on setting and accomplishing small, manageable goals every day. This builds momentum and strengthens your confidence to go for the big goals .

So, let's shine, play smart, play bold, and stay true to ourselves.
