Lack of quality in freshers

Starting from January to April in the last 3 months I have taken 50 interviews along with machine tests, which freshers are unable to complete. All candidates completed at least 3-6 months of training. The purpose of writing an article is here why freshers are unable to crack interviews.
There can be a chance that they are not getting proper learning from the institute but 70 percent of issues are from their own end.
1) They are not practicing the basics. While they learning they are just going to an institute /company, spending their time, and then back home
They should be aware of why they are learning that specific module why it's important what is used of that in a live project
2) If you are from a technical background then whatever domain you have. You must have a strong skill set to use loops, arrays, etc. Don't memorize but learn it well and compare it with real-life examples.
3) Try to secure an internship / Training from a company where you can learn with actual developers, not trainers. There is a world of difference between both. I can assure you what you will learn in a company you cannot learn from an institute.
4) Create at least 2-3 projects on your own based on what you have learned. Mostly freshers complete training and then start finding jobs but behind that they will leave whatever they learned earlier which is the biggest mistake.
There are a lot of things that I can write but will say at last
Keep practicing...... Focus on basics ...........and you are done.
