Gamers and Techies!
We're back in the lab and I'm feeling great
about the momentum created thus far.
I felt good enough to reintroduce
two things that I love to do and
want to continue to refine.
Sprinting
and
Striking in combat sports
Just like I did for my strength training
routine, I gave myself a realistic
goal to accomplish for each and
stuck to them.
I think that setting realistic expectations
not only keeps you in the game long term,
but also helps to curb any disappointment
one might have of their diminished abilities.
Instead of going home frustrated about
how far I have fallen, I walked away
excited about future possibilities!
