Living in La Costa at La Costa Hills is perfect for younger crowd, unless your knees are no issue, or will be in the foreseeable future, as there are 3 levels, lower, ground, and upper level units, so most of the units, but not all, have stairs, probably the biggest con for Living in La Costa Hills. The location and walkability factor make these a NO BRAINER purchase, if you asked me, local Carlsbad Realtor.
