L2 IT Support Engineer / Brussels / Freelance 12 months+

For a financial services client in the centre of Brussels, I am searching for a freelance Level 2 IT Support Engineer for a long-term position.

This opportunity offers 2-3 days remote working per week.

The main responsibilities:

• You will have broad responsibilities and placed between first line support engineers & experts.
• You will play a vital role in ticket handling, monitoring, and solving alerts, and more.
• My client want someone long-term to grow into a future system engineer.
• Assisting experts with complex issues.

Skills required:

?

• 2+ years experience in in a similar position.
• You are experienced working with Windows 10.
• You have knowledge of Citrix XD, Ivanti DesktopNow, Software packaging, etc.
• You are fluent in English and French or Dutch
