Let’s think about your customer for the long term. 

How do you maintain lifetime value so it’s not a 1 time purchase or donation?

Once a client is a lifetime client, you have so many ways to target them and communicate with them regularly. 

Despite all the digital tools that are available, paper mail at intervals, increases the chances of that customer purchasing/donating frequently.
