KYA AAPKO BHOOKH LAGI HAI!! ARE YOU HUNGRY?

Last year I took a client to a super fancy restaurant for dinner. Great food with great wines and a selection of best spirits and champagnes.
?He did not enjoyed.
?I kept wondering where did I do wrong?
?Did I chose wrong restaurant?
Or
Did I chose wrong cuisine?
Six months after I got my answer. He was not hungry enough? He was full at that time.

Moral of the story is ‘ Jab aadmi ko bhook na ho tab caviar bhi accha nahi lagta aur jab aadmi to bahut bhook hogi tab namak roti bhi bade pasand se kha lega ‘
How will you find out if you are hungry enough?
For an individual it still easy. You will feel hungry and you will eat.
Organization really take long to find out if interventions are needed or not!! Wish Organizations could speak as humans!!

Confused employees and they won’t tell you this -? If you would ask 10 employees of this organization what is the most important thing for this organization , 3 will have different answer , 3 will say they don’t know , rest will say “ everything is important ‘ There is no alignment from top to bottom.
YES YES CULTURE – Where employees say yes to the boss just for the sake of saying. They do not care about the organization because they are not motivated enough or they are not involved. This is also found in lot of top down style of leadership. Employees are doing minimum and taking the salary is the only goal here. Very low Productivity

Everyone bitching about everyone – You will find lots of gossip in these organizations, where everyone is bitching about everyone. Chairman is bitching about doorman and doorman also bitching about chairman – Little hyperbole but you know and feel what I want to say.
High Turnover Rate – High turnover rate you all understand. However in these organizations you can hire the best of the best talent. They will not perform due to the environment. After six months or a year they will either leave, quit or get fired. It’s a loop.? Lot of hiring, lot of firing!!!

Now you know that the organization is hungry for Interventions. Act now before it dies!!!
