KW Worldwide makes first visit of 2023 to the Caribbean

KWW has taken a big step forward in its mission to improve the lives of people around the world through real estate. Last month, Regional Director, Dr. Lisette Montoto and Business Strategist, Ammon Chase Esq, visited KW Dominican Republic and KW Jamaica after a few years of limited travel during the pandemic.

On this visit to the Caribbean islands, they gained a deeper understanding of these regions, lent support, and learned how they are following the KW model in their countries.?While on their visit, they spoke with more than 50 agents from 5 market centers. Having one-on-one time with the Market Center ownership, Market Center leadership, top agents, and the ALC gave KWW deeper insight to the operations of the agent and leadership teams.

The agents and MC leadership are local experts, they know exactly what the agents need and how to deliver that value.?They also wonder how well they are doing, and we get the privilege of showing them through the data, the grandeur of their accomplishments. Our opportunity in this vast KWW family is to connect with each other, to share and collaborate one with another so that we can all grow together, faster. It was great to observe the Dominican Republic and Jamaica regions activities.

One thing that really stood out during this trip was how much each region and market center has to offer—each operates at a high level, but they are continuously improving together as a team. We appreciated being able to see first-hand what each region does differently and better than the others, while still maintaining a consistent KW culture. "To see the passion for our KW models and systems burning bright in different cultures, time zones and markets is awesome,” commented Dr. Lisette Montoto.

The stronger our relationships with our associates around the world, the more clarity and alignment there is for our growth goals. These two regions had a great year in 2022 and are both poised for explosive growth in 2023!?
