Kurhotel Skodsborg is looking for a Houseman and Housekeepers

An efficient Housekeeping team

You will be part of our efficient Housekeeping team, where service, professionalism, flexibility and personal initiative are paramount. Your working hours are 37 hours per week with some degree of flexibility in busy periods. We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and capable colleague who is passionate about providing service at a high level in a complex work environment with guest interaction.

Your work areas include:

• tidying up, cleaning and preparing rooms
• cleaning of all guest areas as well as staff areas - outdoor and indoors
• preparation of cleaning carts and depots
• reporting errors and defects as well as maintenance tasks to the Technical Department
• providing 5-star guest service
• daily and close collaboration with the Reception

We expect that you:

• have extensive housekeeping experience (cleaning products, equipment, etc.)
• are a structured and thorough worker with an eye for detail
• are flexible and able to keep cool-headed in busy situations
• are efficient, energetic and proactive
• want to help maintain a healthy and positive working environment
• are independent and stable, attentive and accommodating
• can live up to the hotel’s high quality and service standards and are solution-oriented

Our ideal candidate:

You are highly professional and have a long background working in Houseman or Housekeeper roles. You are extraordinarily service-minded, attentive and accommodating. You have a positive attitude and are a team player, while also being able to work independently and with a solution-oriented approach.

You want to perform at a high level, working in a structured manner and keeping cool-headed even in busy situations.

You are able to communicate fluently in English and ideally Danish as well.
