Pri nakupu aparatov za ?i??enje zraka bodite pazljivi, kajti prodajalci ponujajo ?istilce kot ionizatorje in s tem zavajajo kupca. Razlika med ?istilci in ionizatorji je ogromna, predvsem v kakovosti zraka, kaji ?istilci nikdar ne morejo ponuditi take kakovosti zraka kot ionizatorji. Naj navedemo najbolj bistvene:

1/ Noben ?istilec ni ionizator, temve? le s pomo?jo filtrov odstranjuje ve?je delce iz zraka, ionizirati pa ga ne more.

When buying air purifiers, be careful, because sellers offer purifiers as ionizers and thus mislead the buyer. The difference between purifiers and ionizers is huge, especially in air quality, because purifiers can never offer the same air quality as ionizers. Let's list the most important ones:

1/ No purifier is an ionizer, it only removes larger particles from the air with the help of filters, but it cannot ionize it.

2/ Cleaners contain filters that are not able to retain the most dangerous carcinogenic particles of exhaust gases, nor viruses and bacteria, but only larger particles. Fungus develops in the filters and therefore it is absolutely necessary to change them often (regular additional cost) otherwise they return to the atmosphere and into your lungs.

3/ Appliances - cleaners should have on their surface a carbon brush element that emits negative ions, if they wanted to be called ionizers. If, according to the seller, they have a needle for emitting negative ions, they are out of the question, because over time they begin to emit harmful ozone, as the metal reacts with moisture in the air and the result of this reaction is ozone. But if the sellers mislead the buyer and mention that the ionization is hidden in the apparatus, then in this case the negative ions never come out of the apparatus, because due to their weakness they immediately fall from the source and remain in the apparatus.

4/ Therefore, buying air purifiers is not appropriate in any case. Larger particles are not dangerous and do not accumulate in the lungs, as they can be removed by coughing.
