Kudo Board more necessary than you imagine.

I like to thank, recognize the good things of the people, and with my teammates in the project I wanted to do it differently, I started giving personal congratulations: I installed Cards M3.0 on my cell phone to send digital congratulations, I bought material to create my own kudo cards and downloaded and printed kudo cards from the official website https://management30.com/practice/kudo-cards/.
However, after a Sprint review, I was writing an informational capsule to announce the project progress and the first functionality developed, that was achieved through teamwork and interaction between areas, but I wanted to emphasize the work of a collaborator for his contribution. The informative capsule was published but without the lines of thanks, It was so, I wrote to my great friend @Ulises Gonzalez, who recommended that I use kudo cards on a wall or board to make visible those words of gratitude and motivation.
How did I not think before? The next day, I created the Kudo Board, and that's how it looks today.
Later I understood that the Kudo board was more necessary than I imagined.
I had not heard any of my colleagues say thank you, but I had heard that there was no recognition of their bosses.
Initially there were only my congratulations, but things have changed, they have already put their congratulations on the Kudo Board, we give ourselves recognitions (capuccino, sweets), I have received words of thanks from a person who had previously expressed that it was very difficult for her to say "Thank you", can you imagine how I felt when she praised me? I was silent for a few seconds to listen clearly the message.
Thank you, Jurgen Appelo, for creating this simple, beautiful and effective tool to strengthen the teams, increase the levels of empathy and liberation; it has worked for us, I have seen good results in a short time, and my message is, if we are not able to recognize and thank the person who is nearby, as we expect recognitions from other people who are not so close.
Let's start celebrating victories, events, gestures, aids, through instant commentaries, and the change will germinate, this is a chain change and it is transmitted.
Thanks for your attention,
