Kubecon EU 2024 - Oh La La Paris! ??

Finally.

Here is my crazy, long, roundup post from the last Kubecon event in Paris.

I was privileged to be able to participate as a speaker, and witness our very own TLVCommunity dominate the stage with dozens of sessions in the co-located and main conference events!

It started off with catching up with good friends like Ramiro Berrelleza Arsh Sharma & Alessandro Vozza at Cloud Native Rejekts

I have this mega Twitter thread with all of the excellent sessions out of our very own community and the LinkedIn roundup, as well as this post with the many photos from the incredible display of ???? Israel innovation ?? on the ground at the event with 30+ Israeli companies (and more that I know I missed - and later saw like Qubex (Acquired by Zesty) & Senser ).

It was fun walking the floor with you Lotan Levkowitz & Daniel "phrawzty" Maher chatting with all of the excellent Israeli founders and companies.

Way to go Yosef Arbiv Asaf Yigal Aviv Zohari Gabriel Manor - Liechtman Oshrat Nir Shauli Rozen Orit Wasserman and everyone else from our #tlvcommunity on your excellent talks at the event - we couldn't be more proud, as well as Arel Rabinowitz Ronny Orot and the entire env0 on the excellent and first ever #OpenTofuDay!

I had a truly memorable experience - meeting new friends and getting to spend quality time with them like Abdelfettah SGHIOUAR & Melissa McKay (at the exceptional JFrog & Friends event - I had the most magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower possible) and a seat at the table with some of the most awesome folks in our community, and Brooke Jamieson at a super fun and much-needed ladies night with ?? Farrah Campbell and Ana Margarita Medina ??????

This time I had a little more time (even if it was all too brief) to at least get hugs in with some of my favorite community friends Robert Cathey Lisa-Marie Namphy Engin Diri ??Bart Farrell Cortney Nickerson Mike Chenetz Dominik Kress Matthias Bertschy Ana?s Urlichs Ayse Kaya Arun Gupta Marino Wijay Alan Shimel

I also enjoyed some on-stage multi-tasking by taking some photos of my super awesome co-panelists Mandi Walls Eran Bibi Roni Frantchi & Solomon Hykes during our fantastic discussion "The IaC Evolution - On Open Source and Everything Else".

The panel was a full house with standing room only - (this is literally the hall to get into our session...!)

It was also great seeing friends from our local community on the ground like Mickey Shaul Kobi Avshalom & Alberto Namias and our awesome ambassadors Itay Shakury & Yosef Arbiv ( Dotan Horovits ?????? >> you were missed!)

I even had some #DevOpsDays inception time with a super fun evening with some fellow DevOpsDays co-orgs & their awesome halves Daniel "phrawzty" Maher Bridget Kromhout Jos van Schouten ?? Tim Mamo ?? Adrian Moisey (and some only found later in the wild at the event...looking at you Ringo De Smet Stefana Muller Jeremy ? Meiss )

Adieu Paris - it was beautiful and wonderful, and great to catch up with old friends, and as also to make news ones.
