Kube-prometheus: Tutorial & Instructions

Kube-prometheus is a preconfigured Prometheus stack for end-to-end monitoring of Kubernetes clusters. It includes Prometheus for metric collection, Alertmanager for metric alerts and notifications, Grafana for data visualization, and several Kubernetes-specific exporters for metric collection. Kube-prometheus is used for system performance monitoring, resource utilization monitoring, and post-incident cause analysis. It can be installed using Jsonnet files to generate Kubernetes manifests. For persistent storage requirements, state management changes are needed, and for multi-cluster management, federation is recommended.
