Project Success Stories
The Kryfix team is delighted to highlight our involvement on the Kennards Self Storage Camperdown Project Site. This successful project utilized a number of our versatile products, including?Krystol Internal Membrane (KIM) , Hyperstop DB-2519 & Hyperseal BR-2510N . All 3 products were successfully installed & added to the basement slab, shotcrete, and lift pits of this project.
This large-scale commercial project was completed in collaboration with? Patterson Building Group Pty Ltd ?and Concrite Pty Ltd Alexandria plant in order to deliver superior waterproofing solutions. Kryfix will be further involved in the development of this project so stay tuned for more info on this in the coming weeks!!
Our next project highlight is a major commercial development project that chose to utilize a host of Kryfix waterproofing systems. This project in Wollongong was completed for builders LEVEL 33 ?and successfully used Krystol Internal Membrane (KIM) , Hyperseal D200 & Hyperseal BR-2510N waterstops , Krystol Repair Grout & Krystol T1 for all sheer/tie bolt holes on this project. This project was completed under the supervision of our National Sales & Technical Manager Claude Fradel with concrete for this project being supplied by Boral Australia?Port Kembla plant.
Our final project highlight is the utilization of our Krystol Internal Membrane (KIM) waterproofing admixture, which was used extensively in the Deicorp Tallawong Village, Rouse Hill project. This large-scale residential village project, upon completion, will feature a number of highly affordable & contemporary apartment residences, all within walking distance of the Sydney Metro. The Kryfix team was delighted to supply our KIM Waterproofing Admixture for this project, which was then used in the lift pits, retaining walls & OSD tanks of this residential project.

Upcoming Major Kryfix Projects
This North Shore Property Construction project will very soon be transformed into a brand new 3-level club. The club area will feature a range of stunning restaurants, cafes, lounges, and bar facilities.
In addition, it will be featuring 126 luxury retirement living apartments which will offer a complete concierge, dining facilities, on-site management, an indoor swimming pool & also a gym/pilates studio facility.
The Kryfix team will be supplying between 10,000 - 11,000m3 of Krystol Internal Membrane (KIM) in addition to a number of Kryfix Waterstops which will all be utilized in the lifts, podiums & roofs of this project.
