Tell me something about yourself and your experience?

My official studies were not IT related, so my journey within IT industry and programming started with curiosity and a desire for continuous learning. I proactively engaged in various courses, attended lectures, and worked on personal projects, including developing websites for friends and associates."

How did you hear about Bloxico? What is it that attracted you the most and kept you there?

"Around three years ago, I got introduced to Bloxico by a friend from my hometown. What initially caught my eye was the positive work atmosphere and the emphasis on both professional and personal growth. Team's spirit and the support they provide have created an excellent working environment. So, I'm still enjoying my role as a frontend developer."

Explain to me more specifically what you do in Bloxico? Maybe, you want to share with us something that is the most challenging in your work?

“My role as a frontend developer involves crafting the user interface and ensuring a seamless user experience. I work closely with the design and backend teams to bring creative concepts to life. One of the challenges I often navigate is ensuring a seamless and secure integration of decentralized elements into the user interface. Dynamic environment constantly pushes me to innovate and deepens my understanding of both frontend development and blockchain concepts.”

You recently represented Bloxico at the Serbia Business Run. What impressions did you get? Was it harder for you to run for a company than when you where running for yourself?

“It was a truly enjoyable experience. Rather than viewing it as a competition, I saw it as a collective celebration of wellness and collaboration. I was pleasantly surprised by the supportive atmosphere and high number of participants, both runners and those cheering on their colleagues.”

Apart from running, do you have any other hobbies? What do you do in your free time?

Whether it's a quiet moment with a book, an adventurous journey, a leisurely walk in nature or dedicating time to learn and develop new skills, I make sure to include a bit of everything in my free time."
