My Journey:

Originally from Annapolis, MD, and now based in Charlotte, NC, my path to operations leadership has been diverse and fulfilling. My career began in the creative world of photography, where I quickly discovered my knack for business operations. Transitioning into the real estate photography industry, I oversaw a nationwide network of photographers, ensuring top-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.

At PlanOmatic, I progressed from managing contractors to leading the entire operations department. Here, I spearheaded initiatives that significantly improved turnaround times, expanded our network, and maintained exceptional client satisfaction scores. Implementing systems like Salesforce Field Service and EOS methodologies such as Ninety.io and Metronome, I helped streamline processes and drive our company’s success.

What Drives Me:

I am execution-obsessed and thrive on seeing ambitious goals turn into reality. Metrics and KPIs guide my approach, ensuring every endeavor aligns with the strategic goals of the organization. I believe in the power of high-performance teams and am passionate about coaching and mentoring to foster growth and confidence.

When I'm not optimizing business processes, you can find me exploring the outdoors, hiking, or playing in a competitive women's soccer league. My active lifestyle fuels my energy and commitment to my work, providing a balance that keeps me motivated and focused.
