Recently, we have received the honor to execute a design that can seamlessly blend Indian tradition and creativity giving a unique look to the brochure for Krishnabhumi Arcade. And that’s when we have felt that it can never be a piece of marketing material, but an art that will encourage the viewers to feel the divinity. So, while designing the brochure, we aimed to deliver the spirit of Vrindavan, the sanctity of Krishna, and the essence of Indian art. Every decision, from the concept to the final execution, was filled with thought and devotion.
The Thought Process: A Divine Connection
Krishnanhumi is not just a commercial project but it is a “one-stop divinity shop” under one roof. This distinctive purpose has inspired us to design a creative brochure that mirrors its holy mission.? We have tried to visualize a design that encapsulates the ethereal charm of Vrindavan incorporating Indian art forms.
The color choice behind this brochure design has mindful consideration- Yellow and purple, symbolic of spiritual vibrance and divine grace of Lord Krishna, are chosen to create a harmonious yet striking palette. The hand-drawn illustration, traditional Radha-Krishna artwork in Indian style, reflects the soulful artistry that Vrindavan preserves. Every graphical element, motif, and line is thoughtfully sketched to connect the audience with Krishna’s story and the project’s purpose.
Bridging Art and Communication
Our artists have dedicated countless hours to perfecting each hand-drawn element. We have formed a doodle out of Krishna puja offerings like peacock feathers, diya, mala, pot, and even a cow goddess feeding her calf in the center. This makes the brochure, designed by us, a timeless aesthetic, blending tradition with modern sensibilities.
We have incorporated “cloud text” in the typography which is similar to Sanskrit words to pitch a devotional feel aligning with the heavenly theme. It gracefully complements the illustrations, doodles, and characters ensuring the contents have a seamless flow, creating a balance between art and information.
In Conclusion
The finished brochure is not just a normal marketing material but an experience. It has hand-drawn pictures of characters telling you a story along with 3d 3D-rendered images of the commercial building, giving you the actual look and feel of Krishnabhumi Arcade.
