Together once more at Heavens door

The story of Krishna and Radha

Their love flowing forever in the wind

Echoes infinitely travelling through time 

Twin flames perfectly entwined 

A chance meeting one will never forget

Recorded in Myths and Legends of how these lovers met

As Krishna played sweet music on his flute

And Radha stood out from the crowd 

Her beauty you could not dispute

She danced gracefully in time with Krishna’s enchanting tunes

He was mesmerised by the Angel - who came into view

Sensing her beauty both inside and out 

Her heart and Soul pure - No shadows or doubt

He was pleased she was here

Krishna’s breath was taken

In awe of Radha 

Who was equally as shaken

Devoted to him though he had thousands of wives

A privilege for Gods to have so many brides

This was something new a special connection 

A power from within

Instantly recognising their inner calling 

A silvery thread interweaving their hearts

Their minds longing for each other even when they’re apart

Sadly their destiny on this earthly plain

Was not meant to be - it was all in vain

Krishna was a King who had to fulfil his duty

Radha was married off to another man

Her heart remained for Krishna as she followed the akashic plan 

Krishna finally got to see on her deathbed

Fulfilling her last wish  - Whilst his heart bled

He stayed until she faded and left through deaths door

Playing sweet melodies for her final curtain call

Krishna was later slain by an arrow piercing through

A hunter mistook him for a deer in the wood

He perished in that moment and immediately understood 

Reunited with Radha as he stepped out of the veil of life to join her in death

Just as tragic - as the story of Macbeth

Love conquers time and travels through space 

True Soul Mates

Treasures from the heart can never be replaced 

Universally love is selfless, pure and true
