- Brief one-sentence description of what you do at KCL: I manage the growth and retention side of Krazy Coupon Lady. My team aims to get the right deal to the right person on the right channel!
- What inspired you to join KCL? I grew up watching my mom coupon, so money-saving became ingrained in me. But now it’s moved beyond just print and digital coupons - there are so many ways to save and so many places to save. Being able to educate others about all of the savings, and finding innovative ways to deliver that information through marketing is exciting!
- If you had to market KCL using only emojis, which three would you choose? ??????
- What aspect of your role as Senior Director of Product Marketing do you find most rewarding? Seeing the vast reach of people we communicate with every day and how many deals we send to them.
- Reflecting on your time at KCL, what marketing initiative are you most proud of? I’m excited for a lot of things coming in 2024, but in 2023 I’m most proud of the work we did as a team to get hyper-focused on our goals and holding ourselves accountable.?
- How do you envision the evolution of KCL's marketing strategies in the coming years? Personalization is always a goal: how do we leverage new technologies consistently to deliver highly personalized offers to our shoppers through segmentation and dynamic capabilities. And ultimately - how do we deliver such an amazing experience that we become a household name.
- What role does customer feedback play in shaping your marketing initiatives at KCL? Customers’ actions drive the majority of decisions we make in product marketing. The way they interact with our deals and our campaigns tells us what they like (and what they don’t like anymore). We are also lucky to have customer support and community living right within our team, so we see first-hand the social reactions, the support tickets and the feedback on our product and deals.
