The KPI Of Success
I'm beginning to realize more and more that the true KPI of success are the relationships you have invested in and not the sales or marketing goals you have met or surpassed. Marketing and sales goals come and go, month in and month out. All businesses have seasons of plenty and seasons of drought. But the act of developing another person, taking the time to invest your years of knowledge and wisdom into them to make them a better person and employee reaps perpetual rewards far beyond the sales and marketing goals of the moment. Because people who are invested in invest in others.
