Based on?Navigating Polarities: Using Both/And Thinking to Lead Transformation.

The KPI is a sense making tool that gives leaders and leadership coaches a way to rapidly see and more effectively?navigate paradoxical tensions we face day in and day out. KPI Certification expands upon Andiron's?unique approach to polarities that explores identity, vulnerability, and the Third Way as a re-integration of the poles. It will teach you how to interpret and use the KPI in your work, deepen your use of polarities as a lens for vertical development, and provide you tools and exercises to support your client’s transformational journey.

KPI Certification has been accredited by the?ICF for 36 continuing education credits?(24 core and 12 resource).

Some Objectives and Highlights of the Program:

• Become licensed to administer: Human & Leadership KPI 360 and Human & Leadership KPI Self-Assessments
• Build your confidence and competence to use the KPI and Polarity Navigator, as well as other tools and practices, to help others effectively navigate polarities
• Deepen your awareness and understanding of your own polarity preferences to more effectively coach, and consult to, others
• February Cohort kicks off 2/3 with live virtual sessions occurring 8-10:30am Eastern US on Tuesdays/Thursdays
• $4,195 for early registration by Monday, January 3, 2022
• $4,395 for standard registration by Monday, January 17, 2022
