Miss Neha Malviya of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. opened an account for Mr. Rajesh Dhangar in January 2024 with the promise of a zero-balance facility. However, starting from February 2024, the bank began deducting amounts from his account each month for non-maintenance of a minimum balance.

Mr. Dhangar, a young man who earns a modest living through household work in Indore, has repeatedly contacted the bank to request a reversal of these charges. Unfortunately, each time he reaches out, he is met with excuses rather than a resolution. It has now reached a point where Miss Neha Malviya, who initially assisted him, has stopped responding to his calls entirely.

This situation has placed Mr. Dhangar in a very difficult position. As someone who works hard to make ends meet, these deductions are a significant burden. Despite his efforts to resolve the issue through the proper channels, he has been left frustrated and without the support he was promised.

As esteemed leaders of Kotak Mahindra Bank and Mahindra Group, I urge you to look into this matter personally. It is disheartening to see a customer, particularly one with limited financial means, being treated in such a manner. Transparency, integrity, and customer care are values that Kotak Mahindra Bank is known for, and it is vital that these principles are upheld in all interactions.

Please ensure that Mr. Dhangar's issue is addressed promptly and that the incorrect charges are reversed.?
