The KORN CONSULT GROUP team academy is a unique concept that ensures the exchange of expert knowledge and the building of team strategies. The quarterly event is a cooperative effort between individual members of our global management team. The goal is to encourage communication between participants of all our global branches and build team

This year's first Academy, which was set for March 18, 2022, took place purely virtually, considering the COVID 19 regulations and precautionary measures in force at that time. However, this did not detract from the consistently good mood, since a social gathering could be realized in any case through the activated camera function.

In general, the motto of this virtual academy was to create a relaxed atmosphere of get-together and to promote the mutual exchange about internal company topics as well as specialized topics.

The academy started off with the official words of welcome for the whole event. This part was followed by the agenda which included topics like the introduction of KORN CONSULT GROUP’s new employees, pointing out internal processes, as well as the presentation of social media topics and marketing activities – moderated by our team colleagues.

To encourage the mutual exchange of all participants, three different Coffee Talk rounds were made available after a short break, in which interest-specific topics such as new KORN CONSULT GROUP tools were brought closer to the participants in exchange with the experts.

To end this day in the most effective way possible a Q&A session took place and generated many ideas as well as suggestions for the upcoming academies, as well as teambuilding activities. These are important tools that help to transfer ideas into industry practice. The company culture of KORN CONSULT GROUP emphasizes teamwork and communication between consultants.
