Konsileo wins Modern Work Award

Konsileo has won a Modern Work Award – which aim to showcase modern working practices around the world.???

The second of three winners in the Modern Work Performer category, Konsileo was recognised for fundamentally changing the shape of commercial broking, and embracing the Teal Principles of Evolutionary purpose, Self-Management and Wholeness.??

?It means that at Konsileo there are no hierarchies, no line management, no set hours, no monitoring, no arbitrary targets - and no stick to beat the performance out of people. Instead, traditional structures and processes have been replaced with self-management, peer-review, collaboration and transparency.??

An International Stage?

Modern Work Principles?

Konsileo now places more than ￡25 million of insurance premium per year on behalf of its clients, and has more than 65 brokers – having doubled in size over the last 12 months. It also received chartered status from the Chartered Insurance Institute in April.??
