Office space leasing absorption surged by 33% YoY to 0.4 million sq ft in the April-June quarter of 2024, as reported by 世邦魏理仕 India Office Figures Q2 report.

Additionally, Knight Frank India confirms a substantial increase in office leasing volume, with 0.7 million sq ft transacted in H1 2024 (January-June), marking a 23% growth compared to H1 2023.
