Why did Kodak fail?
In business, reading the failure stories are equally important as the success stories.
In real life, both success and failure stories can help us cope with our situations. The best way to avoid failure is to read case studies, especially in business.
This can give point out the things that are not done like getting a debt, wasting our time with less competency, and partnership mightn’t help much
However good you are, to win in business, you need regular updates on technology, company, and adaptability in life.
The first company to give away a digital camera was Kodak. Do you wonder about this?
In 1975, Steven Sasson, who was an engineer at Kodak, proposed it, but they had not implemented it since the film distribution could be disrupted.
But today nowhere Kodak is sustaining.
If they had implemented it at that time, they would have been pioneers in the field of digital cameras.

My father used to say that one who thinks ahead of time will sustain in the field of business and getting adaptability is one of the most important qualities that can make him more powerful and endless in the business drives
This is highly relatable to any of the real life and also in business. Thinking ahead of time will create a fear in your life. But making that will create you as a pioneer in any field you want to be shine.
Thinking extraordinary is not just an easier task. Mind should be trained enough to get that and to strengthen the mind new ideology should be build.
Team work was not there in the case of Kodak. Taking the points from the junior is not at all a shame. Brainstorming the ideas with the people who are so young and which can implement in the real time can create a good image to the company which can create a good brand value.
Adding value towards the product and adapting as per the changes in the time will create a long lasting business
Technology are changing and creating the things are becoming a matter of less time.
Actually, they are worrying about that the film distribution can disrupt the revenue generating model of the KODAK. But today, KODAK is of the nowhere.
Update and align with the existing technology.
Team should don't have any ego especially while working and everyone should contribute for the company success.
