Hi, I'm Kochi, the founder of Kochi Method.

Today I'm going over the Kochi Method theory on the upper trapezius.
This muscle is likely fatigued for with pain and numbness
This is the upper trapezius.
It has hardened due to fatigue.
Do you have somewhere on your body that's painful?
Is your neck and shoulder muscles hard?
There's a way to check.
Here's the triceps.
Lightly pinch it.
Compare the softness of it with the upper trapezius.
If you feel pain or discomfort somewhere on your body the upper trapezius is hardened.
It's clear when looking at the client's body as well.
The upper trapezius is hardened due to fatigue.
The upper trapezius is a very important muscle in Kochi Method.
The neck is a vital point.
The same goes for the muscles.
It controls the whole body.
When the upper trapezius is fatigued, it causes problems somewhere on the body.
