In Kochi Method we examine for the source of the pain and treat the muscle that is the cause.
?
We also determine whether if the location of pain is the source or not.
We do examinations for the source because it's different for everyone.
?
In eastern medicine there is the meridian.
In western medicine there is the fascia.
?
Kochi Method has its own theory on the order.
?
We believe that it's the order in which the muscles harden due to fatigue.
?
For example there are many clients that come in with hard lower back muscles. Think about it.
Normally we would thin the lower back is fatigued causing the hardness and we treat there to soften it.
?
Of course that isn't wrong but doesn't it become hard again very quickly?
?
This is because before the lower back muscles harden the muscles in the forearm is tired and hardening.
This means that by treating the forearms before the lower back it's much less likely for it to harden again.
?
This is shown in the Kochi Method theory of the order of muscle fatigue.
Muscles harden in specific orders.
?
We explain this order in Kochi Method seminar, theme 6.
?
By learning this theory you will be able to relieve back pain by treating the arms or even relieve numbness in the legs by treating the neck.
?
Kochi Method allows us to treat physic pain by treating completely different locations.
Some say it's magic but it has proper logic.
