Knowledge and experience look very similar to one another.
Knowledge is concept driven & can be defined as information and skills gained through learning or education. ?
Knowledge without any sort of experience or practice makes it difficult to apply.
Knowledge can be taught unlike experience.
On the other hand, experience is defined as the knowledge or skill acquired by a period of practical training.
I was handling Bihar & Jharkhand region in the year 2005-2009 & these states were marked as red zone for credit terms as per the Organization norms. When I started visiting the market, I came across one associate in each of the states who were financially strong & man of words. Since, the investment was huge to carry the stocks as per the market requirement, we had to lend credit & I took the chance & we successfully grew in the market. Our associates always kept their words & the negative image for these places was wiped off.
?“Information is not knowledge. The only source of knowledge is experience.
Experience is a wise teacher. It comes from trial & error and basically our mistakes make us a person of great intelligence & knowledge.
Always try to use your experience in different areas and other places.
