Knowledge sharing

Knowledge sharing

I am sure I'm not the only out there but for those of us in Life Science consulting, a typical comment I hear from customers is, ‘You’ve seen what’s going on in the industry. We need that expertise.’

So, in addition to the typical project work and deliverables, we seek to share the knowledge we’ve gained having worked for many companies and on many types of equipment and systems within the health and life sciences regulated industry.

Knowledge sharing or #knowledgemanagement can increase productivity, save time addressing the issues at hand, facilitating continual improvement, and trust among the team.

I believe this mindset of #knowledgesharing, providing expertise, and thought leadership is about people and their attitudes.

It becomes clear that when you consider the ‘greater good’, your team, colleagues, and customers, can see those walls come down and that you are right there with them, taking responsibility and working together.

That attitude promotes #growth, stimulates #communication while culturing #innovation.

In our industry this mindset helps to support the overall #qualitysystem. ?The ISPE Good Practice Guide: Knowledge Management in the Pharmaceutical Industry places an emphasis on knowledge sharing, maximizing knowledge awareness and minimizing knowledge loss, better risk-based decision making and improved operational performance, among other benefits.?

If you have ideas you feel like sharing that might be helpful, share them below or be sure to post. Thanks!
