In the realm of Health Tourism, as is the case with all fields of endeavor, good ideas only work once.
When replicated, they cease to be good ideas.
As Nassim Nicholas Taleb commented in one of his books, the only way to create something with a high probability of success (in the face of competition) is for this something to be something “beyond expectations” – and ideally, way beyond expectations - not something one has read in the Harvard Business Review (HBR) as a “case study”.
With regards to all this, I had to answer how one pulls off such a “feat” (i.e., a “one-off good idea” - and one which is "beyond expectations").
