Knowledge Really Will Make You More Powerful

Wouldn't it be great to already know who your best messengers are before your next public policy battle?  And, if your did, wouldn't that make your life easier in your work as a governmental affairs or advocacy pro? Having information about who your stakeholder's know, and how well, at your fingertips, seems like a smart approach, right? It will save time, money, and on top of that, as a host of studies have shown, is seen as much more effective. Not everyone in your organization is or even wants to be an advocate. Not everyone is comfortable in that role - so why waste time with those folks, when the guy down the hall is ready, willing and able. You don't know this, because you've never asked but his first cousin, is the state senator.  And the lady in the office two states over who works for the senior vice president for marketing - is married to a congressman's brother. Sound's like information you ought to know. We can help.
