Knowledge and Entrepreneurship
Diane Brown
I'm asexual by nature. My passion is collecting and sharing knowledge and learning. I'm not looking for someone to share my life. I'm not here to buy anything including bitcoin.
I do computer work for an entrepreneur with a 4th grade education who can barely read or write. He has severe Generalized Anxiety Disorder but can focus on things he has an interest in but shuts out what he does not. All his knowledge is memorized. His father taught him a trade and he built a 1.4 million dollar company that is a sub-contractor to the biggest contractors in New York City. He wanted to expand his house so he not only taught himself all the trades needed to do it he taught himself to be a contractor. If you show him a piece of land and a picture of the house you want to build on it he can tell you precisely how much it will cost to the penny including markup with every detail included including the the gaps between the 2 x 4s and and the effect the spacing of the 2 x 6s in the floor will have on the floor's sturdiness. The disadvantage he has is in grasping technology. You can neither hold it nor physically measure it. He still uses a flip phone and faxes invoices. He can read email but he needs me to write proposals and invoices. He stands over me and dictates what he wants to say. I do the rest. Although, I cringe when he pulls out a ruler to measure spacing in a document.
