' This is exactly the philosophy behind and gap/opportunity our BC company 'Journil' addresses (User centred caring, Bring Your Own Device, virtual network/platform). We are currently working with a number of BC and Canadian stakeholders to help teams integrate & include patients more actively on their care.

9 年What would help even more is patient's having their own health information readily available on their own mobile device and empowered by the knowledge that they are also owners of the system they are relying upon for their health care management.
