You need to link your business' WHY with your customer's WHY. This helps you build a relationship with your customer far deeper than what your customers are buying.
3. What do my analytics tell me & what metrics am I using?
Tap into your social media, website, mailer and other platforms analytics to see what the trends are and set measurable goals to assess if your strategic campaigns are working
4. What is the easiest way to reach my ideal client?
What medium should I be using to find and connect with my ideal client - mailers, networking, phone calls, social, adverts etc. ?
