An indicator that you may be ready to license a part, or all, of your framework is when you start creating digital products.
These are great for passive income, and if you are selling them, here’s what you can do to start the process of possibly licensing:
? To state the obvious, always make sure you have your legal grounds covered.
? Have feedback. One thing I’ve noticed about digital products is that people tend to not do follow-ups.
This could look like adding people to your email list and actually sending out emails or simply reaching out after a certain period and asking what their thoughts were on the product.
This feedback is what you will use to help shape the design of your framework to sell.
? Find ways to make it better and duplicatable. People want ease, so find ways to make Operations from their end easy to mimic.
If you need assistance with making your operational processes documented and duplicatable for someone else to follow, send me the word “license”, and we can get a conversation started on what working together may look like.
