Knowing it’s game-changing is not enough, be the game-changer!

Game-changing is taking place!!! 

Calling upon Financial-Consultants-to-be!!! 

Are you aware of the new norm? 

Are you moving on the right direction? 

Are you setting the right pace for your fellow team mates?

Are you equipped with relevant & current skill sets to impart?

Are you having the right mindset to stay clam and vigilant to forge ahead this extraordinary times?  

I’ve been asking myself this questions again, again and again for the past weeks, even way before circuit breaker begins. 

With Digital Advisory Evolution in mind, I keep asking myself again, again & again, on those questions!   

These are critical questions that extremely important, not just me alone, but to many.  

I keep reminding myself cautiously that I can’t lose sight of the far future, carefully meandering the unchartered water in this immediate future.   

Due to this pandemic, all of us are forced to change! 

And change has taking his pace, in fact it has accelerated “effortlessly”. And we are forced to transform “willingly”.  

To visualise these transformative changes took place in the last 4 months, we first created our secured in-house Non-face-to-face client engagement with eSign. This was done almost within 2 weeks after circuit breaker come effect. Kudos to our in-house IT & wealth mgt team. 

This is the 1st and most pressing need for transformation.  

The next transformation took place quite naturally. 

Almost immediately & instantly, tele-communication, be it meeting, training, client servicing, etc, becomes our second nature. Humans’ learning capabilities are brillant and applaud for our high adaptability to such technology without much effort. 

Of course, there are FCs prefer to conduct usual face to face meet up. Anyway, our business is people centric, solving their 3 main concerns in life! 

Before, we know it, we’ve already hold 4/5 big “gatherings” via virtual meetings. And we have invited over thousand of attendees to our in-house webinars to learn how to stretch their dollars. 

At the same time, I’ve conducted numerous 1-1 e-coaching, e-training & a couple of webinars to share our know-how, particularly our in-house web-based CRM cum Planner system. These countless and seem endlessly daily routine of ongoing sharing, coaching & training being taking a tall order for me and my guys, but certainly worth it based on good progress reflected on their report card.

At the same time, my Back Office also see the importance of building an online Learning Management System and have it revamped recently. So we have another “new kids on the (technology) block”. 

As excited as I am with this new baby, I have started to create or rather to transform my management practice online. 

Yes, with diligence, I’ve formulated, organised & instituted my “5 pillars” of advisory practice online! I’ve make it happen! So now, my guys can access me 24/7 virtually. 

It has never happened before. But with technology, we can transform ourselves to adapt to the new norm. 

Finally I can feel the future is now here!
