KNOW YOUR WORTH!

People are least bothered to know about your struggles, your strengths your hardships, the wounds of your soul, your painful journey, and your success story! But they are most interested in your downfall, your failure, your regrets, and your weaknesses.

You have to understand that God has sent you with a purpose. A Meaningful Purpose!

In this world, nothing is created without any purpose, not a single creature is meaningless. Then how is it possible that you as a human being have been created without any purpose?

We are humans and lose life goals, sometimes it’s an important relationship, sometimes it’s an important job, sometimes it’s about your child, and sometimes it’s about your loving partner….

It is our responsibility that we should not let anyone sit in the driving seat of our lives. We should not lose our hearts after failures. It is life and life has ups and downs. We have to understand the most important thing that we are created like jewels! We must know our worth. We should not & and must not allow others to judge ourselves about our success. It’s our lives and we should decide what to do and when to do it. Nobody should have the authority to decide that YOU ARE UNWORTHY!

NOBODY SHOULD DECIDE THAT YOU ARE THE WRONG DECISION-MAKER! NO ONE SHOULD HAVE RIGHT TO INSULT YOU! NO ONE SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECIDE ABOUT THE MOST IMPORTANT DECISIONS OF YOUR LIFE. ?

Never beg anyone to love you. Never beg anyone to continue a relationship that takes your peace of mind. Just be brave! You are born to be a leader. LEADERS ARE BORN TO BE MADE!

People get jealous of talented people. They start creating hurdles for others so they cannot become successful. You have to be successful. Do not give up! You are the most beautiful jewel of the universe. There is a reason for your existence. There must be some reason that’s why God has created you. Just believe in yourself. Just keep finding yourself. Keep going! Keep growing!

Look into the mirror and say I can do it! I can do it! Just gain the confidence and rest will happen itself.

Two months back I went to a family wedding and met my all relatives after many years. None of them asked me about my success story, my online scholarship from Cambridge Corporate University, OR the reason for my survival in the most difficult times of my life…. but they were more interested in how I lost my left eye's vision 38 years ago! They all knew everything since my childhood but they still asked how was your eye cornea cut. Who hit you with scissors? How old were you at that time? How did that happen? Can you see with this eye? Many WH questions were certainly irrelevant to their lives. But they kept asking.

I was wearing a very beautiful dress but nobody praised my dress… they did not ask how I fought with my circumstances with three young kids as a single mother. How did I get the courage?

People always want to emphasize your darker side, my friends. As I wrote in the first line people are least bothered about your strengths and hardships. So why should we waste our time and life in these relationships? Just make a New Year's resolution today.

Promise yourself that you will remove every negative person from your contact list ASAP, you will remove every negative person from your surroundings. Just take a single step, my friend. The rest of the steps will be taken by destiny. You just have to be positive, calm, and persistent.

I have been very lucky to have great mentors and friends Prof. Dr. Frank Lee Harper, Jr., PhD, DBA, CGEIT, PMP, CAC Tariq Abbas Shah 阿比莱克 ·维尔马 Dr. Pratik P. SURANA who are always there to hold me, always there to help me, guide me, and make me smile whenever I am broken and sad.

My friends! This is the toughest journey of my life as I am going through the process of DIVORCE, having three very young intelligent but unhealthy kids, and internet issues in my society as it's under construction society.... sometimes I miss my Online MBA Class with Cambridge Corporate University due to net disturbance, sometimes I lost the focus on thesis report. Sometimes I just get blank during the lecture due to my current situation.... But still, I have not and will not give up my scholarship. Because they say “WE ARE WOMAN! STRENGTH FINDS US WE DO NOT FIND STRENGTH!!!

So my girls! Do not give up just because you have any disability, or you are still unmarried in your 30s or 40s, or you have lost your partner, or you made a wrong decision in setting up your startup! It's OK! We are humans, and humans make mistakes. Just learn from your mistakes and keep going. Keep growing as they say in Urdu “JO BHI TERA HAI MIL JAYEGA TUJH KO KER K KOI BAHANA! TU JHOOM! TU JHOOM!” [Whoever is made for you, will reach out to you for any reason. You just dance! You just dance.]
