Know Your Worth

All their Student Life, People dream of only one thing and that is to get a paid job.All the money, effort and time spent just for a better life, for a job.Parents spend their earning so that their son or daughter could get a nice job.but the main question is

Is the job solution of everything?

Is the job worth of your all learning,hard work??

That's the thing all your hard work and time was just to be a 9-5 slave?Just to follow orders and get paid 25-40k per month?

Were you born to make someone else rich?

Yes, it is true that not everyone becomes rich.not everyone.not everyone becomes an entrapenure and not everyone is a hard worker.

So what to do??

Simple answer comes in mind is just go with the flow.and live your life.but then suddenly the second thought comes that ‘is it just get your money and be a slave for the rest of 29 days, that's not fair’.

But not every job is feasible for you .if someone is paying you just to fill hi excel sheets.and killing your dreams.trust me, leave that job if you want to fly higher.otherwise, no problem keep going.

There are a lot of people in the industry who exploits your skills.Just because they have experience.Most of the people have just experience they don’t have formal educations.

Yes,I agree Formal Educations in Pakistan is not so effective but still, it gives graduates most important thing ‘Vision’.

You can get experience by time but u can never get a ‘Vision.It is a gift and don’t let anyone force you to forget your Vision and be his slave.And trust me there are a lot of people who wants you to be his employee and don’t want you to overthink about things, they want you to do whatever they say as it is.and you feel that you are not learning anything.

If they have this sort of attitude ‘leave your job’

Don’t let anyone limit your thoughts just for the sake of 30k.your Vision can make you earn thousands of such 30k and hundreds of such persons.

No one call tell you your worth.its you who will decide what should be the price of your talent, your skills.

Should it be 50k?or 60k+resident+transport??or Your own company?

Just know your worth and then decide a way to achieve your goal.these 30k jobs are not your worth you are more precious than this pay.you spent your whole life to be something.

There was a person I met a few months ago, he is a founder of a service provider company.During the discussion, he told me that he had a vision from the very beginning.

Yes, he had to do a lot of jobs where he used to follow matric pass supervisors.there was a time when he had to spend days and nights in the field and his supervisor used to sleep at home.At the end it was the supervisor who took the credit of job.and he was paid only his salary.

Then I asked how did u manage to achieve this success?

He said only one thing and that was Yes people exploited my skills and they tried to earn from my work.But at the end i had only one thing in mind that ‘ok keep earning, keep doing what you are, one day I will be gone far and will be more successful than you were in your whole life because thing I am learning is worthy of million of rupees and that is ‘Learning about People’.I used to think in this way they can earn thousands of rupees may be promotion but the thing that I am learning from their attitude is worthy of million of rupees.

AT the end of interview I was clear about my goal and I was thinking that Successful people are just normal people but the things they faced were Extraordinary.
