How to get the sense of well-being in a work and increase effectiveness of your team?

Well-being in work, as soon as organization achievements are affected from the right resources planning and using.?

To get wanted results, managers need effectively plan many business fields:

  • vision and goal setting, where we are going;
  • mission explanation to employees and partners, why we want to get there, and what impact we want to make with this goal achieving;
  • set a plan of tasks, what exactly and how we will do that;
  • company culture, how our employees, partners, and clients need to feel while working/cooperating with us;
  • finance, how much money we need to spend/invest in these different areas
  • and the last but, I would say, the most important -?Who will take what task?!

Human Resources?are the most difficult field for organizations leading.

We are affected by each other and world situations, and also have our own physical and psychological characteristics.?Plus have our background that creates some special view of the world, building our unique opinion.

Sometimes, you look at the results and don't understand, why something is not working.

You can ask it yourself as a specialist, manager, or company owner.

  • Am I doing everything right? Am I using the right tools?
  • Or how I can help them to get on the Top?

And sometimes these question answering really can work.

However, there are times, when you need to review every person's place and see, that you need to switch someone to another department or give another task.

Or do you understand that this is You, who needs to take another place? It can come with emotions, but it needs to be seen and understood.

If you put the right individual into the right place and give the right task and tools, then He or She will get results. Fast and Great.?

Too much time we look at the processes.

Review our time management, used tools, motivation to work, and willingness to grow. But don't remember that all of us have some strengths and weaknesses.

All of us have other energy levels and perform better in different environments.

Sometimes we as individuals (as specialists or managers) need to "Zoom out" (as told by a colleague of mine?Terēze Rieksti?a ?in her online Demo webinar for the?Systemic Leadership course ) and understand that the whole picture is quite different.

As told in the film "Now You See Me" (2013) - "The closer you think you are, the less you'll actually see"

So, where can we put our resources the best? How can I understand where I am meant to be?

Just ask yourself - What task coming to you easy or hard??

And here I don't say that all jobs need to come easy. No, not at all. We can have some bad days and some misunderstandings with colleagues or clients. Have to learn frequently and improve our performance.

However, if the same task over and over again comes with big difficulties, and these are not tool struggles, but the process increases not-so-exciting feelings, and it takes from you a huge energy level -

Then probably you need to delegate this work to someone else for whom it comes Naturally.
